Through-Coloured Render: How It Works
Traditional render is painted after application, and that paint becomes a maintenance job for life. Through-coloured render is different: pigment is mixed through the material itself. A scratch or chip shows the same colour underneath, rain washes off rather than soaking in, and the finish stays looking fresh for decades with nothing more than an occasional wash-down.
Silicone Render
The premium choice. Silicone render is flexible (so it resists cracking), breathable (so walls stay dry), and hydrophobic — dirt and algae struggle to cling to it, keeping whites white. Available in effectively any colour, from polar white and chalk to pewter grey, champagne and stone shades. It's the system we recommend for most homes wanting a smooth, contemporary look.
Monocouche Render
A one-coat, through-coloured cement-based render that's scraped back to a fine, even texture. Monocouche offers a traditional feel with modern colour consistency and is a cost-effective route to a clean, uniform finish on suitable substrates.
