What we supply and install

- Failed timber roofline. We remove tired or rotten timber fascias and soffits, check what sits behind them and confirm what needs replacing.
- Making good around the render. Where roofline replacement meets rendering work, we make good the affected edges as part of the agreed job.
Signs the roofline needs replacing
Look for stained or rotten fascia boards, sagging soffits, or gutters that overflow when it rains. Gutters pulling away from their brackets are another sign that something needs attention. Damp at the top of outside walls and water staining on new or existing render can also point to trouble at the roofline. These signs don't all mean the whole roofline needs replacing. We'll check the condition on survey and tell you honestly whether a repair is enough or a full replacement is needed.

Preparation matters at the roofline, just as it does on the walls. Sound fixing points and the right gutter falls help water reach the downpipes instead of overflowing. New render is wasted if a gutter still dumps water behind it or down its face. - What happens to the old timber fascia?
- We remove the timber fascia being replaced and check the condition behind it. We'll explain any further work needed before covering it with new boards.
- Do you quote for repairs or only full replacement?
- We'll assess both options on survey and tell you honestly which is needed. If a repair is enough, we'll quote for that.
